Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Our digital PDF patterns are sent to you immediately, however our plushies can take up to 3weeks to make, and 1week for standard Australian shipping.

Shipping

Australian standard shipping is 2-8 business days within Australia. We only offer domestic shipping currently. Regular Aus post shipping is free for all our products.

Express shipping is an extra $15 and is 1-4 business days for domestic delivery’s.

This is on top of the order processing time.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations: accepted

Request a cancellation:within 3hour of purchase, this is only valid for physical products.

Returns/ exchanges

For digital products this is not applicable under Australia consumer laws.

For our physical products we do not offer change of mind, refunds for minor faults or misuse. However, for major faults this is allowed within 14 days of receiving the order (with proof). You can read more about this under the ACCC.
